7. When the rectangular  ' floor ' beams are dry you can start gluing the vertical  ' wall ' beams. Take your time . Assembling this frame is the dull, repetitive part of the project  so be patient.



8. This is what the frame looks like when it's assembled. It looks a bit crooked but it doesn't matter : medieval frames were like that. Be careful not to crush the frame. When you add the cardboard sides the structure will become much stronger.



9. Now measure the open spaces to cut out and glue in the cardboard sides.  These sides should lay over about a third  of  each floor and wall beam
