4. Clean the cut ends of the wood using sandpaper.
5.Apply a drop of rapid glue and assemble the frame using
'butt' joints (one piece of wood simply stuck onto another). Be patient!
Allow the glue to dry before going onto the next stage.
6. This is what the frame should begin to look like. Make the joints as square
as possible if possible using a set square. Again , be patient ! Put
the model - making aside and do something else while you wait for the glue
to dry (about half an hour). If you put the glued pieces on a warm radiator
or in the sun the glue will dry a bit quicker.
